Amazon Invests $20B in Pennsylvania AI Data Centers

Amazon has pledged $20 billion to build two new AI and cloud computing data centers in Pennsylvania, the state’s largest private-sector investment.

Located in Salem and Falls Townships, the project will create 1,250 high-skilled jobs and thousands more in related sectors. Powered partly by carbon-free nuclear energy from Talen Energy, the initiative includes workforce training programs.
